You'll need:
1 bottle dry red wine
60 ml Triple Sec
30 ml brandy
60 ml orange juice
30 ml lemon juice or juice of half a lemon
250 ml soda water
60g fine sugar
Chilled orange and lemon slices
Method:
- Chill all ingredients together except soda water for at least 1 hour
- Before serving, pour over ice into a jug or punch bowl and add the soda water
- Makes approximately ten servings
