You'll need:
15 ml crème de cassis
125 ml dry white wine or Champagne
Method:
- Pour the cassis into a large wine glass
- Add the wine. Alternatively, add champagne for a Kir Royale
- Do not stir. The cassis is meant to be at the bottom so the drink gets sweeter as it diminishes. More white wine can then be added if desired
- Serve with a lemon twist
