Handheld Consoles

From the early days of the Microvision and the range of Game & Watch handheld games released in the late 70's and early 80's, there's always been something very appealing about video games that can be picked up and used on the go, whether it's to fill in a quick five minutes, or to pass the time during a long journey.

We've put together a guide to all the handheld consoles that have been released since those early days, including the ever-popular Nintendo range, from the Game Boy to the modern-day DS Lite, along with other popular (and not-so-popular) units such as the Sega Game Gear, Atari Lynx, Neo Geo Pocket, Bandai WonderSwan, GP32, Tapwave Zodiac and the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP).
