Scaffas

A Scaffa is a cocktail in which the ingredients are simply added to a glass, without stirring or shaking, and named after an old Norse term meaning 'to make something yourself'. Although Scaffas were popular in the 1860s until the early 1900s, they are now rarely seen commercially.
