One of the major problems with computer screens is their highly reflective surfaces, causing light source behind you to be reflected into your eyes. Anti-glare screens are designed to allow you to easily view your screen whilst cutting down on the possibility of glare from other light sources. Usually they are fitted over the front of your monitor, either attached to either side, or hung over the top. The quality of anti-glare screens can vary greatly, so you need to make sure yours is a suitable size and provides an adequate level of anti-glare.
