Roadside- Assistance if you have broken down more a specified distance from your home (usually about quarter of a mile)
- If your car can't be fixed by the roadside, you and your car will be taken to the nearest garage or an alternative local destination of your choice, provided this is no further.
Rescue or Relay Cover- If a local repair cannot be arranged following a breakdown at the roadside, you, your car, and up to 8 other passengers will be transported home or to any mainland UK destination of your choice.
Home Start- Breakdown assistance if you break down at home, or within quarter of a mile of it. If you car cannot be fixed promptly, you and your car will be taken to the nearest garage or another local destination, provided this is no further.
Rescue Plus / Relay Plus / Recovery Plus- If you break down away from your home and a prompt repair is not possible, the company will either arrange overnight accommodation, a replacement hire car for up to 48 hours or reasonable onward travel expenses.
