Cabbage - Green or White
Shred and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes, or cut into wedges and boil for 10-15 minutes. The cabbage is ready when it starts to sink in the water.
Cabbage - Red
Shred and sauté, then add ingredients such as wine vinegar, red wine, apples, raisins, onions, brown sugar and spices.
