Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits originated in tropical and subtropical Southeast Asia and are generally known for their stippled rinds that surround pulp which is tart, juicy and rich in vitamin C and other nutrients. Many citrus fruit, including oranges, mandarins and tangelos may be peeled, segmented and eaten straight from the skin, whilst others are used mainly for their juice (limes) or skin or zest (citron).
