Wakame

Wakame is a dark green-brown seaweed found in the temperate coastal areas of Japan, Korea and China, France, Britain, Spain, Italy, Argentina and Australia. Usually sold dried or salted, the mineral-rich leaves are added to salads or miso soups and may also be used powdered as a condiment.
