Coupe

Origin: French

A shallow glass or silver utensil, usually on a short stem, used for serving ice cream, fruit and shellfish cocktails. Also used to describe dishes made using this utensil; for example, Coupe Jacques: ice cream of various flavours, served over fruit, and flavoured with liqueur.
