Mincers

A hand-operated mincer pushes the food by screw action from a hopper onto a set of rotating stainless-steel mincing plates. These plates are available in different grades of coarseness and will process almost anything except bones.

Choose a study model; preferably with a clamp base (rather than suction feet) to fix it rigidly to the work surface. It should also be designed to come fully apart so that it may be cleaned thoroughly after use.
