Your Weaknesses

Candidates are very often asked to talk about their weaknesses during a job interview. Try to view these as 'limitations' rather than weaknesses, and think of a positive way to present them. For example, a perfectionist is really someone that strives for excellence.

Weaknesses may also be seen as areas for improvement; take some time to think about the situations that limit you and frustrate you at work. What characteristics do you think may have held you back in your career? What could you do to change them?
