Social Interviews

It may be that part of your interview day includes a social gathering where the applicants (sometimes with their partners) meet together with their future employers over drinks. Although these may be described as 'informal', they are still part of the interview process, and should be used as an opportunity to talk to all those representing the organisation and gather more information. Remember to limit your consumption of alcohol - even better, stick to fruit juice or mineral water.
