Credit Repair

Some companies claim that, for a fee they can remove any County Court Judgements (CCJs) and sometimes also any adverse credit account information that you have against your name. This would make it easier for a person to obtain credit. It usually involves appealing to have the judgement set aside on false grounds. There are legitimate ways in which CCJs can be set aside but various credit companies have been taken to court for illegally removing court judgements.
