Eats: Meal for £2-£3 on campus. Locally, Chez Jules, Fatty Arbuckles, Dos Americos, Mamma Mia. many more - all reasonably priced.
Drink: College bar (£1.30 a pint). Drink promotions in Bouverie Arms & Coach & Horses; many cheap deals in town.
Nightlife: Good ents in SU bar. Clubs include RB's, Brannigans, Destiny and Elite. Discounts at theatres, cinemas, etc.
Locals: Friendly. No major problem areas.
Sports: Sports hall, squash courts, gymnasia, swimming pool, sauna and solarium, tennis courts, astroturf and grass pitches. Some funding for sporting representation available.
Travel: Train station near campus.
Financial help: Access and hardship funds; some loans. Jobs: Loads of jobs on and off campus incl 50+ in SU eg shops, restaurants, bars; £3-£5 an hour upwards.
Best features: Small and compact; very friendly atmosphere.
