Bar 38 has a presence in many cities around the UK and is offers nothing unique when it comes to decor. However, the location of this bar earns it a spot on the website. Located in the heart of Manchester under the watchful eye of the G-Mex and the Town Hall, it's right amongst the action. A large outdoor seating area is lively when the weather is good.

A safe bet if your in the centre of town and you need somewhere to chill out and drink and there is also a large downstairs which means plenty of space for punters.
