Housing: Good standard of competitively priced housing on campus. Off campus lists available from housing office.
Eats: CSA and Halls provide food (£2-£5). The Swan in North Crawley (£5 upwards), The Carpenters' Arms in Moulsoe cooks fresh food before your eyes (£12+).
Drink: CSA bar has low prices, fabulous deals and a friendly atmosphere. Plenty of other establishments on campus.
Nightlife: Regular events in CSA (themed nights, pool comps, bands, films, discos). MK and Bedford nearby. Locals: Very friendly.
Sports: Numerous sports clubs, sports hall and fitness suite; swimming pool in MK, Flitwick or Bedford.
Travel: Double degree offered with various universities overseas. Some travel available as part of industry-funded courses/projects.
Hardship: Some funds available.
Jobs: Bar and shop work through CSA, other casual work on campus (bar, hotel, library reshelving). Annual living costs: The minimum amount students say you need to live on each year (covering all living expenses but excluding tuition fees) is £7000 (in uni accommodation), £7500 (in private accommodation).
Best features: Small size, multitude of cultures and quality of education.
And worst: Rural location and small proportion of females!
