Administer a human resource budget of £1.5 million.

  • Assume the Head of Human Resources function in his absence.
  • Designed, developed and implemented a flexible benefit programme for all employees that saved the company more than £6.2 million without cutting back on benefits or charging the employees additional expense.
  • Co-authored the Personnel and Policies Manual and designed a company-wide college relations recruitment brochure.
  • Provided transition counselling for more than 750 exiting employees.
