Provide human resources and employee relations services for a
group of companies generating £4 billion in revenues
including film entertainment, corporate administration, consumer
products and a full service record company serving 7,800 employees
worldwide. Administer a human resource budget of £1.5
million.
- Assume the Head of Human Resources function in his absence.
- Designed, developed and implemented a flexible benefit programme
for all employees that saved the company more than £6.2
million without cutting back on benefits or charging the employees
additional expense.
- Co-authored the Personnel and Policies Manual and designed
a company-wide college relations recruitment brochure.
- Provided transition counselling for more than 750 exiting
