9.35am Bride's home Best man arrives to collect buttonholes for himself and groom
9.45am Groom’s home Best man arrives
10.20am Bride's home Transport arrives
10.30am Groom’s home Best man calls bride's father to let him know he and groom are leaving for the register office
10.40am Bride's home Bride's mother and attendants leave
10.40am Register office Guests begin to arrive
10.45am Groom and best man arrive
10.50am Bride's mother and bride's attendant arrive
10.58am Groom, best man and guests ushered into marriage room by registrar's assistant

11.00am Bride enters marriage room, ceremony starts

7.00pm Finger buffet set out by caterer
9.30pm Bride and groom leave
10.50pm Reception ends; best man and chief bridesmaid take care of any clothes left by the bride and groom, and repack wedding gifts to take to newlyweds' or parent's home
11.00pm Last person leaves
11.05pm Bride's parents check venue for lost property, etc. and thank staff
