When Virgo and Aquarius come together, it is very much a case of two people bringing out the best or worst in each other. Virgo has a prosaic, methodical approach to life, whereas Aquarius is imaginative and optimistic. Each has a distant quality: Virgo is cautious about emotional giving; Aquarius's thoughts are in the far-off clouds. These two may thrive on their differences though; they grow together as they learn about each other.
Both of these signs get their inspiration from mental stimulations and Virgo expects to get their encouragement from within the relationship while Aquarius looks to outside influences to supply theirs. Aquarius' concern with other peoples problems may not leave a lot of time for sharing the quiet life that Virgo enjoys and it would not be long before Aquarius will be feeling the effects of Virgo's critical nature.
Virgo seeks personal achievement and financial security. Aquarius is outgoing, inventive, a visionary. Virgo is reserved, prudent, and very practical about its ambitions. Aquarius needs activity, social events, a wide circle of acquaintances. Virgo enjoys a quiet existence with a few close friends. Their goals are very different. These two are intellectually compatible, but not a match made in heaven.
