At times these two may find it difficult to understand each other. Libra has no sympathy for Cancer's moods, and Cancer is made insecure by Libra's detachment and shallow emotions. Both partners need to learn that they view the world in different ways.
Both are initiators which can, at times, be a struggle when their ideas and approach differ. Libra's indecision may irritate Cancer. But Libra is skilled at seeing all sides of a problem, so is often able to accept Cancer's decision as long as Cancer avoids getting moody.
Cancer is too temperamental and possessive for airy Libra. Cancer might eventually understand Libra's nature, but is too wary to push indecisive Libra for the emotional response it needs. Libra needs parties and people and outside pleasures, whilst Cancer is quite happy staying at home. Thrifty Cancer is also annoyed by Libra's reckless spending.
