Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA)

An Executive Agency of the Department for Transport and the UK's national approval authority for new road vehicles, off-road vehicles and agricultural tractors. The Agency has close links with the Government and European policy formulation and enforcement of environmental standards and vehicle safety.

They also provide international test and certification services for vehicles and vehicle parts.
