Ingredients
- 2/3 pound fresh asparagus spears
- 1 1/2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Wash asparagus and trim the stems.
- In a small, oven-safe baking pan, place one layer of asparagus. Coat lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle on 1/3 of the garlic. Add another layer of asparagus and repeat until all the asparagus is used.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Watch closely. The asparagus should be firm, not limp, when done.
