Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons egg white
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) package firm tofu, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together the tahini, wheat flour, garlic, egg white, soy sauce, and water in a large bowl. Toss in the tofu, and mix so the tofu is coated. Arrange tofu in prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.
