A 1920s classic, originally served straight up.

Ingredients

• 2 measures of Dry Vermouth
• 2/3 measure of Rosso Vermouth
• 1 teaspoon of Maraschino

Instructions

Stir and strain into glass three-quarters tilled with broken ice; add cherry on a stick.
