Swedish Sour Cream and Caviar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) container creme fraiche
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 3 1/2 ounces red lumpfish caviar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together sour cream, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, dill, and white pepper. Carefully mix in caviar.
  2. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
