Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons double cream
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the olive oil and butter. Season with black pepper. Heat until butter melts, then add garlic. Cook until garlic has softened but not browned.
- Remove from heat, and stir in cream. Serve warm.
