Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
Instructions
- Stir the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, ginger, corn flour and garlic together in a saucepan over medium-high heat until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
