- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in a salad bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to chill in the refrigerator.
