Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 cup spring onions, sliced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain, and rinse under cold running water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, spring onions and jalapeno peppers. Stir in the macaroni.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled before serving, at least 30 minutes.
