Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup plain chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease or line 12 muffin cups.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Stir in the milk, egg, butter and chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups or flat bottomed ice cream cones.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
