Pork Tenderloin with Hoisin-Raisin Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chile sauce with garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sultanas

Instructions

  1. Roast on rack in shallow pan in a 220°C oven for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 70°C.
  2. Stir remaining ingredients together in medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Slice pork and place on serving plate; pour sauce over pork.
