Forecast Betting

Forecast bets require you to predict the 1st, 2nd and occasionally the 3rd place winners in a horse or greyhound race.

Straight Forecast

Predict the first and second winners in correct order.

Reverse Forecast

Predict the first and second winners in any order. This involves 2 bets, and so a £1 stake will require a £2 investment.

Forecast Combination

A bet covering 3 or more selections, 2 of which must 1st or 2nd in either order. The number of bets (and hence your total stake money) will depend on number of selections. For example:

• 3 selections = 6 bets
• 4 selections = 12 bets
• 5 selections = 20 bets

Straight Tricast (Trifecta)

Predict the first, second AND third winners in correct order.

Combination Tricast (Trifecta)

A bet covering 3 or more selections, 3 of which must 1st ,2nd and 3rd in any order. The number of bets (and hence your total stake money) will depend on number of selections. For example:

• 3 selections = 6 bets
• 4 selections = 24 bets
• 5 selections = 60 bets
